An Evangelist

It was purchased by the 7th Duke of Berwick and 14th Duke of Alba, Don Carlos Miguel Fitz-James Stuart, on April 8, 1816 in Naples, and in the Tableaux list (see Catalogue of Paintings of the Casa de Alba, José M. Pita Andrade, 1960, volume I, page 54-58) it is named Saint Luke.
